When my grandmother was 80, she decided to move to a mountain cabin. When she died, our family was left with no choice but to sell her life’s dream to solve financial problems that came to be. During a two-weeks-long stay at the cabin, I’ve performed real estate tours for potential buyers. Back to Ghent, I lead the audience through the three salons of the mansion of the Governor of the Province Oost-Vlaanderen, restaging the real estate tour and reading my grandmother’s poetry.
